Southaven distribution / manufacturing facility is looking for an experienced Traffic Clerk.
Essential Functions:
1. Schedule trucks for shipping product
2. Prepares Bill of Lading
3. Prepares Packing Slips and Labels
4. Receives information from Scheduler on projected shipments to prepare P/Slips and labels / prepares Packing Slips and Labels 1 to 2 weeks ahead when possible
5. Prepares daily and gives to Shipping Supervisor a list of shipments for the day
6. Forwards completed (shipped) orders to EDI for transmittal as soon as order is shipped out
7. Pulls UPC labels for Production and Packing Departments
8. Checks shipping instructions for any special attention needed to orders
9. Prepares freight quotes for Customer Service Clerk when requested
10. When necessary makes special labels/tags using Label View Program
11. Prepares manifest on spread sheet - fills out and prints
12. Back up for Scheduler
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8am until 5pm
Excellent communication, computer, and math skills.
Strong organizational / follow up skills.
Available for overtime when necessary.
Ability to work as an effective team player.
One year of experience in manufacturing in similar position.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
