Summary:_ _
Responsible for QC conveyor Line. Must maintain flow while documenting the defects and exceptions found. Quality Specialist must be able to lift and move cartons to maintain flow of the product. Ability to maintain spreadsheets, compile data, and to analyze that data. Must interact with Warehouse leadership to address issues found at audit point. Must have operational integrity.
Essential Job Functions:_ _
Follow up on Customer complaints, pulling and verifying stock. Repackaging non-conforming material and return to stock material. Provides assistance in the timely disposition of material in QC HOLD and QC REPACK. Assists in ISO documentation, internal audits and equipment calibration schedule.
May execute NCMRs and writes CARs both internal and external. May also require use of GO-NO-GO gauges, calipers, micrometers, reading blueprints, interpretation of SAP BOM, correspondence with product engineers and suppliers. May include internal audits and warehouse operations.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty to the satisfaction of the Quality Manager. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and or ability required.
Education and/or
Experience:_ _
High School diploma or equivalent certificate. Two years of quality control experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:_ _
Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, excellent writing skills, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. ISO audit experience a plus.
