Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties - Conduct inspections to identify issues and provide solutions - Install, repair, or replace fixtures, appliances, and equipment - Paint interior and exterior surfaces - Handle plumbing and electrical repairs - Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas - Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner - Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and tools - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Excellent problem-solving skills - Good communication and customer service skills - Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Note:
