Support processing payroll with administrative responsibilities and processing invoices, supporting purchase requests (PR), and purchase orders (PO).
Update weekly labor tracking and updating reports.
Support with new hire onboarding such as ordering security badges (updating and renewing), shoe vouchers, and new hire packets.
Support with administrative tasks and may support other departments within the location.
You will help with weekly filing.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES High School Diploma or Equivalent.

years of similar work experience and customer service experience.
Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize each.
Experience communicating proficiently with all levels of associates through email and other forms of communication.
General operating software/hardware knowledge and ability to create documents, spreadsheets, and reports).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
