The Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor is responsible for front office operations, Must be able to multi-task, and prioritizes with excellent follow up skills and customer service.
Responsible for ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.
Must be fully flexible to work any shift.
As a Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor your responsibilities will include:
Greeting guests and checking them into and out of the hotel, fulfilling their requests during their stay, answering telephone inquiries with proper etiquette, making reservations, and other duties as assigned.
Maintain a high standard of professionalism when representing the hotel.
Assist with sales efforts in soliciting new business and in selling guest rooms.
Assist as needed with hotel and sales related functions.
Able to work through customer service related issues and problem solve.
Complete night audit procedures as work schedule dictate.
Ensures all cash and cash equivalents are accounted for and balanced at the beginning and end of each work shift.
Performs all other job related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Available on flexible shifts on Weekday, Weekends and Holidays.
Must be over 18 and have a valid driver's license.
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills as well as exceptional time management abilities.
Previous hotel front desk experience desired.
Strong computer proficiency.
