As a Member Service Telephone Representative, you will:

Our Member Service Telephone Representatives assist our members with just about everything over the phone.
Our reps carry a wealth of knowledge and give our members the top-notch service they deserve.
We need you to have:
Previous telephone service experience.
Not necessarily a must have, but very strongly preferred.
The knack for speaking over the phone.
Some people have it, some people don't.
If you tend to sound like a robot on the phone, you're probably not the rep we're looking for.
We want you to know:
Our reps are a group of caring, hard-working individuals that bond together to assist our members.
Being on the phone all day in a fast-paced environment is not for everyone.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
